Proximity to the Sunset road which links onto the main roundabout at the Kuta junction, opening up such locations as Jimbaran Bay, Nusa Dua, The south Bukit, Sanur and the Capital of Denparsar all of which are within a 30 minute drive. Being away from the centre of Seminyak is also beneficial in that the area is vibrant and wonderful for spending your holiday although when you reside and require peace and serenity it is certainly nice to be away from the action.

Seminyak is considered the up-market area within the Kuta complex where there is a total absence of the budget accommodation and large nightclubs of central Kuta and therefore also an absence of the large groups of youths navigating the streets via club and bars that are often associated with the central Kuta.
