The Bali Agung Village is a traditionally styled collection of villas hidden away at the very top of Seminyak. This is an excellent spot as only a short walk or drive will land you in the lively up market center of Seminyak with excellent shopping, restaurants, stylish bars and tasteful clubs. Being on the outskirts means when you retreat to the cottage you are well away from the tourist center and on the edge of the rice fields and tropical country villages. Located only 20 minutes from the airport, Denparsar, Sanur and Jimbaran, Bali Agung Village is in a very central location with excellent road access to the rest of the island. Living away from the center means there is a real tranquil and serine atmosphere in the village without having to go miles away from civilization to find it. You can have the best of both worlds within a quaint tranquil villa.

There are 38 standard villas here, 8 of which are two story buildings. All villas are of traditional Balinese design with high thatched roofs and intricately carved swinging doorways. The deluxe villas are larger with more sophisticated interiors and a large private garden. All rooms have air conditioning, hot and cool baths and showers, a color television, refrigerator mini bar and a private balcony.

Within the grounds of the Bali Agung Village is an open plan restaurant specializing in Indonesian, Chinese and European cuisine in a beautiful garden location close to the pool. The pool itself is large with ample sun lounging facilities as well has shaded areas under the palms, pavilions and umbrellas. Should you require further refreshment at the pool there is a poolside bar serving cocktails, beers and other refreshments as well as snacks. In the evening there is an entertainment stage where traditional Balinese music and dance is exhibited to allow you to get a real feel of the intricate enchanting culture that you are within.

There are also a range of functional services offered such as a full laundry service, tour and excursion arrangements included adventure and sight seeing that can be tailored to your desires. Transport rental and chartered drivers can also be arranged although there is a free shuttle service around the Kuta area. There is also a safety deposit box and acceptance of credit cards for ease and piece of mind while you relax in the haven of the Bali Agung Village.

Bali Agung Village area a great tranquil alternative to living in the middle of the action, reminiscent of the Ubud style villas but close to the action with an uncrowded beach close at hand.
