Puri Sading Hotel is a small boutique accommodation in central Sanur located only minutes from the beach and available at astonishing low prices especially when considering the standard of the resort and service. Sanur is located on the south east coast of Bali and is actually Bali’s original seaside resort due to its superb physical and cultural qualities, although surprisingly Sanur even in high season never has an over-crowded feel and visiting even when slightly off peak Sanur is relatively quiet. Sanur beach is a very long expanse of clear clean warm beach lagoons protected from the swell by offshore reefs making Sanur safe for swimming and a variety of other water sport activities as well as providing excellent snorkeling. The tranquil atmosphere on the beach is thanks to the length of the beach and how well spread out the resorts are along the palm shaded paths extending down the entire sleepy white sand beach. As with the rest of east Bali Sanur’s locals are more in touch with the spiritual aspects of the religion and culture and are thus very friendly and accommodating as well as mystical and enchanting.

Accommodation at Puri Sading Hotel is arranged into standard suites, garden suites and poolside suites, all available in single and for $5 extra per night an upgrade to double can be made.The rooms are of a clean minimalist style with details provided in traditional paintings, carved furniture and batik fabrics. There is a more luxurious feel to the poolside and garden suites. All rooms also are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, private balconies, IDD phone and hot and cold drink making facilities and an extensive range of homely amenities. The resort facilities include a restaurant, swimming pool, meeting room, billiard room, safety box, beach facility, luggage areas and parking. 

The restaurant here offers good food including Indonesian and eastern delicacies and western or European food as well as contemporary world fusion dishes. The food as well as the elegant cocktails and wines offered at a very reasonable price.

The pool is large comfortably accommodating 20 people and has ample sun lounging and shaded areas surrounding the pool zone. The pool is located close to the bar and there is a drinks service provided for those residing in this area. All gardens and surrounding courtyards are beautifully kept in the traditional Balinese fashion and fit well into this modern traditional atmosphere.

Puri Sading Hotel is a very reasonably priced intimate 22-cottage resort offering the facilities and amenities one would expect to find in a more expensive establishment. The styling is simple and minimalist but with delicate detail providing a traditional feel which although simple is homely and relaxing. The general resort facilities are very good, as is the service. Puri Sading Hotel is not what one would call low budget accommodation as the standard here is far higher, although the prices really are not. For a family holiday, couples and younger travelers who desire a more tranquil escape with out huge clubs and instead smaller more sophisticated bars and a far more tranquil beach scene, Puri Sading Hotel is a cost effective solution.
