The Café Lotus serves good food at the foot of the Saraswati Temple, this place is definitely worth the visit, if not for the delicious food then just for the breathtaking view from which the food is enjoyed.

For a day out, trips to the central mountain lakes, the old sleepy fishing villages of the ‘real Bali’ or to the volcano are all close at hand.
