The Uma Sapna Villa is a modern award wining resort which is part of the highly acclaimed coconut homes company. Uma Sapna were new in December 2007 and are therefore one of, if not the newest luxury boutique villa in Bali. Located in the very centre of Seminyak but just outside the main club and shopping area where the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. Seminyak is the most sophisticated and refined are within the Kuta district and offers amazing dinning and nightlife on a more refined level with smaller intimate clubs that are ideal for more civilized evening then you can find in the centre of Kuta. Seminyak is located just twenty minutes drive from the international Airport and is famous for having some of the best dinning and certainly the most elegant and grand sunset restaurants, bars and cafes on the whole island. The scene on the beach in Seminyak is relaxed and far less crowded than in the southern areas of Kuta with only a few boutique and international Villas around all spread out around the area.

Uma Sapna provides intimate and relaxing private villa, this modern look also displays definite elements of the traditional ideas and styles including locally made furniture that although is tailor made to suit this modern image, it is also not with out a traditional Balinese charm. All villas have a contemporary lay out that is not only cozy but also very effective in creating a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. All villas have a private pool located within the private garden that is perfect for relaxing in the day and becomes well lit in the evening for a secluded dip or for entertaining friends. The roofs are thatched in the traditional style which helps to create that Bali Villa feeling but the modern image of the villas is extraordinary without being over complex retaining a delicate charm.
