Firstly, I have stayed here once before ... but, I will never, ever stay here again. There is much better value at other motels in Kuta/Legian. The Superior Room we had was absolutely no different to the Standard Room ... and it cost me $15USD per night more! There were no bath mats; no in-house movies; no coffee making facilities (let alone a jug or kettle); no DVD player; a piddling-small TV that had lousy reception; and very over-priced room service and mini bar.

Front Office Staff, whilst friendly, really could not care less about you and are only interested in taking your money. On the last 2 nights on our stay, huge all-night parties happened two doors up from us ... the mongrels even had the hide to sit at our balcony drinking because there was too many people on their own balcony to fit them all! When Security Staff finally realised that there was a huge amount of noise at 3am in the morning and went to the room causing all the noise; they did not tell them to tone it down ...

THEY STARTED DRINKING WITH THEM INSTEAD. When we bought our complaint to the Front Office Staff they simply were not interested; but still took the extra money. So, if you want a budget hotel in the Kuta/Legian area, you would do well to give this place a huge miss ... Mark (Darwin – July 2009).
