Comment: If you can avoid it - don't book this one!! Have back-packed in many countries and understand what you pay for is comparable with what you get. HOWEVER what the website doesn't say is that half of the rooms are BEHIND the ones overlooking the pool and so the 'balconies' to these ones are in a corridore (no sun!!) looking towards the door of the opposite room!! Sheets do not fit the beds! Water is unpredictable in pressure and heat! There is a loud pump which goes ALL HOURS behind the back rooms! The many Japanese people get preference in the restaurant - allow at least an hour for rubbery toast, watered down juice and just help yourself to the tea and coffee if you want any!! Some of the Balinese working there were very nice, but more often they they did not seem to have time to interact with anyone and did not seem happy with what they were doing!
If you want a triple room there will be very little floor space and NO space between the 3 beds!!
We had to ask every day for towels (which were very thin and also to be used at the pool!!)
The swim-up bar is for 'looks' as it is not in service! And don't expect them to help with special requests - like moving rooms (as a ground floor was asked for 6 months earlier!!- but we got the third floor) or refunding breakfast costs or calling a doctor.
On the good side - it is close to Kuta shopping and only a 10min walk to the beach. BUT YOU COULD FIND BETTER!! even for the same price.
Apologies for being so negative, as I am not normally so!! In all my travels have not complained before, I usually reply favourably and thank the motels!!
