Love this hotel - have stayed there many times. There is a catch though - pick a "Premier Room". These are in a different section to the main hotel with its own pool and bar. All the rooms have pleasant (private) balconies (or terrace) overlooking the pool. Last time we stayed the hotel was apparently full, but the pool area was lovely and quiet (and no kids), but this may not always be the case. There is a swim up bar, reasonable priced poolside menu and a massage hut. It is located close to many shops (Kuta Square), restaurants, Waterbom Park & more.
We haven't stayed in the other larger section of the hotel, but it doesn't have the same appeal to us.
