Comment:
The resort was very tired. In need of a total upgrade inside and out. The rooms were large - this was the only positive. The bathroom was filthy. There were plates and glasses left outside rooms and around the pool area - so we saw rats on numerous occasions. We ate at the hotel but the food was below standard. When they ran out of alcohol on our 2nd night, we knew we had made a mistake to stay here. The spa never worked while we were there. The staff seemed friendly but lacked direction - often amusing themselves playing table tennis and billiards. Jimbaran Bay is not an ideal place to stay but sorry, cannot offer better alternatives as we travelled extensively throughout the island and saw nothing above average.
